Guardiant Warranty
WARRANTY
Guardiant offers a 12-month Manufacturer’s warranty. We warrant that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship under its normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
All repairs covered by this warranty must be carried out by the Manufacturer or other such warranty repair facilities as designated by the Manufacturer. Any defect corrected within 12 months and found to be within the scope of the warranty will be repaired by the Manufacturer and all charges for labour and material will be borne by the Manufacturer. If it is determined that either no fault exists, or damage to be repaired was caused by negligence, the customer will be notified and given the choice on whether to proceed with the repair.
Devices damaged, torn or broken by the user are not covered under warranty. Protective screen covers are provided and encouraged by Guardiant, as broken and cracked LCD screens are not covered under warranty and cannot be repaired. Straps, buckles and latches broken during normal use are not covered under warranty.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of any merchandise purchased from our website* we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Details of the policy and the 3 easy steps for securing a refund can be found on our website
Please note, the first months SIM data plan which includes set up and activation of the account is non-refundable, as is the postage and any additional accessories purchased such as locking pins or screen protectors.
Our refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging. All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post, Platinum Express Post or Courier. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Guardiant will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
*Refunds for any merchandise purchased from a retail store are subject to that individual stores refund policy. Please speak directly with the store regarding your options.
